While Americans definitely don’t have the best track record for eating healthy, according to surveys, they are at least interested in eating healthy. For many people, that turns into a new year’s resolution.

10. Filipino Pancit
We had this at a friend’s house recently and it is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! There were 17 people there and everyone — no joke, everyone– loved it! It did not take us long to ask for the recipe. 😆
9. Teriyaki Chicken Thighs
I haven’t had this particular recipe, but I LOVE teriyaki chicken! Let’s be real, who doesn’t love it? Our family really enjoys pineapple salsa with teriyaki chicken. We just mix some pineapple chunks, onions, and jalapeño together and, ta da, you’ve got yourself a FABULOUS topping!! 😀
8. Easy Spicy Salmon Cakes
Okay, tell me these don’t look absolutely phenomenal! With some fresh caught Alaskan salmon fried with breadcrumbs in olive oil. Oooh… I’m getting so hungry! (And I just ate! :P)
7. Indian Chicken Curry
This chicken is AMAZING!!! Our family loves it with Naan (a flatbread), and a delicious red lentil side that has cauliflower and tomatoes in it! You should totally try it!
6. Roasted Chicken Thighs and Potatoes
We make a sort of similar casserole that is so good!!!! It’s really good with barbecue sauce too! We also put asparagus in our version of this! 😀
5. Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry
This sounds so good to me! I love broccoli and chicken (if you haven’t noticed)! And I’m starting to really like white rice with certain foods! Also, I seem to like lots of foods with soy sauce!! What do you think about it?
4. Tex Mex Pork Chops
Oh my goodness! What more could you ask for?? My mouth is literally watering! Especially with those avocados. 😜 If you’re mouth isn’t watering yet, I have absolutely completely failed with this post! 😉
I just found this recipe… cinnamon and apple pork chops… does that sound good to you? I’ve never had anything like it, so we shall see… What do you think? Delicious or disgusting? Check this out and let me know.
3. Slow-Cooked Beef Burritos with Green Chiles
I don’t know what you’re views on red meat are, but I do know that you think this looks absolutely amazing. Right? Of course, right! 😜

Oh my, another thing I’m obsessed with! We make a version with chicken too, that’s amazing!!

Sweet potatoes!!!! In any form, I think they make the best side you could ask for!
If you’d like to know one last food obsession of mine, it’s the Olive Garden Salad. We make a copycat salad dressing with the iceberg mix, peppercini peppers, olives, and Parmesan/Romero cheese. It’s sooooo good!

1. Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is sort of similar to an amazing recipe we have for chicken tortilla soup, except ours has white beans in it. It’s really good! Especially with cheese, avocado, and tortilla chips to top it! Yum!
