Ready… Set… Go!

I know. I know. I’ve heard all the arguments a million times — because I’ve made them myself.

“You’re not good enough.”

“You’re not qualified.”

“You’re a nobody.”

“Nobody needs you or wants you.”

“You’re not even good at writing. You should quit before you start.” (I would say the last excuse is actually true. But hey, this is practice!).

When I first though of starting a blog, I thought it was just a fleeting desire that wouldn’t amount to anything. But when the idea stayed there — and took a growing space in my mind — I realized that this had to have been placed there by God (as was confirmed as I read several books, studied, and prayed). This was something I must do, as unqualified as I felt.

So yes, I may not be good-enough by the world’s standards. But I am no longer bound by the world’s standards! Jesus has already paid for my many mistakes. By the world’s standards, I am not qualified, but Jesus is the one who qualifies me (Praise Him for that!). I am a nobody to the world, but I am a princess in Christ. God — my Daddy— wanted me before I even wanted Him. I am wanted. In Jesus, I know who I am. I am the princess of the King — the Most High King!! And so are you, if you are in Christ!!!

As a Royal Generation, there is warfare waged against us. A lot of that comes in the form of questioning our identity. But once we know who we are in Christ, we have taken away a major weapon of the Enemy.

Through A Royal Generation, I want His princesses to know who they are in Him. In order to do that, you can expect:

  • Lessons the Lord is teaching me from my devotionals, teachings, interactions with fellow princesses, pretty much anything I’ve been encouraged by.
  • Heartwarming stories
  • Heart-to-heart sessions here I outline some things going on in my life, whether they be triumphs, tribulations, or trials, and share what has helped/encouraged me. Can you notice a theme?
  • A different approach on a few things. Considering I’m not your typical princess, that should be expected. (I’m one of the weird princesses who prefers camping to shopping… does that give you a hint?!)
  • A lot of learning, both spiritually and logistically how to run a blog. So please be patient!!

I am sooo excited to see what the Lord will do through this!!! So let’s embark on the journey together, shall we?!

Love in Christ,

Noelle
